Processing & Shipping Times
Shipping times vary depending on product availability and warehouse location.
Products marked “In Stock” may be fulfilled from New Zealand, Australia, or an international warehouse, depending on availability.
Orders are processed and prepared for dispatch as quickly as possible.
Estimated delivery timeframes:
- Dispatched from New Zealand or Australia: 2–7 business days
- Dispatched from an international warehouse: 10–30 business days
Estimated shipping timeframes will also be displayed at checkout for each product.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size and weight of your order.
Free shipping may be available on selected orders and will be shown at checkout where applicable.
Tracking & Order Status
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details.
Please allow up to 10 business days for tracking updates to appear, as tracking becomes active once the parcel is scanned by the local courier.

Delays
While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to courier networks, customs processing, or high demand periods.
These timeframes are estimates only, and delays within these timeframes do not qualify for cancellations or refunds.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If your order appears delayed, please check your tracking information first.
If your package is confirmed lost or arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible so we can assist.
International Shipping
We ship to selected international destinations.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping details are correct before placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
