Easy installation and good quality
For the price, the DSR unit is excellent value. It’s not a premium, high end system, but that’s exactly what you’d expect at this price point. Installation was very straightforward, and it completely modernised the look of my car. CarPlay works well, and overall I’m really happy with the purchase. If you’re after an affordable upgrade that looks great and does the job, I’d definitely recommend it.

Easy to install and affordable
Took me about 45 mins for install (I’m Not very hands on). Theres a video on YouTube dsr have posted on installing it made 10x easier. Works Spotify, google maps and Waze plus more. I absolutely love this thing 10/10 value for money.

Good quality product pretty happy with it just have to be very careful with the pins in the plugs as they are very easy to break ended up hard wiring mine coz I did end up breaking the pin in the reverse camera plug, connects pretty easily only problem I’m having trouble with tuning the radio it drops out quite a bit more then the standard head unit did probably just a user error haha, overall highly recommend

Works great exactly what I was hoping for and at a fraction of the price others were asking. I had mine installed by an auto electrician it took a little under an hour.
I am very happy with the product it works really well, however it wasn’t listed as on pre-order and the shipping took awhile but the company was very helpful with getting me the information. The plug n play makes it quite easy to install except for the reverse camera! The instructions to install the camera were difficult to follow even for an auto-elect to help install. But overall the product itself works really well, it’s clean cut really suits the car and connects to my phone as soon as I start the car.
Awesome head unit, great quality , YouTube tutorial helped heaps with set up. Highly recommend if you’re wanting to upgrade the standard head unit
Works good does the job, and he installed it for me which was amazing
Everything arrived and install was easy, however when you open the front doors of the car the on-screen image does not line up, for example if you open the drivers door then the passenger is shown as open in the DSR screen, likewise if you open the passenger door then the drivers side door is shown as open on the DSR screen. The back doors however do line up with the scrren. This makes me think that during the building stage of the wiring kit, the person in China got his wires mixed up. I will be requesting a new wiring kit to sort this out as my OCD hates it.

The way the door status is appearing on the head unit isn't related to the wiring kit, it's simply a setting on the head unit. If you get in touch with us at info@dsrautomotive.com, we'd be happy to help you adjust the setting so the door indicators display correctly. If you prefer, we can also show you how to disable the door status display altogether.
Have been waiting for a response about changing this unit to view as,a right hand drive as the sensors show other side doors opening and reverse camera shows wrong side when reversing been 3 weeks with no reply only has an AI answering service which doesnt give you what you need and then says refer to instruction manual. Useless and not user friendly
Lags, doesn’t hook up to factory reverse camera properly only works first up in the morning after the Ute has been sitting over night, cheap quality wouldn’t buy again or recommend my fiends to buy, the don’t have phone support to call someone for questions on install
Sound quality of this head u it for the speakers is rubbish and reverse camera dose not want to work after everything was installed right, Wouldn’t Recommend.
